Bedford was well represented at the 2014 Moving Together Conference in Boston on October 30.  This event brought together over 600 leaders to join the conversation to define the future of transportation in Massachusetts and to advance healthy transportation.

Among the workshops was an opportunity to experience Hubway, a bike sharing system providing more than 1,300 bikes at 140 stations throughout MetroBoston.

Bedford continues the conversations on how to promote active transportation in Bedford with the Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan Community Open House on Wednesday November 12  7pm-9pm at Town Hall. (Click to print the Open House flyer)

In addition,  everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts  via the WikiMap which allows identification of travel needs and suggestions for improvements https://wikimapping.com/wikimap/Bedford.html
