Bedford’s annual Tree Lighting ceremony will take place on Monday, December 1 when Citizen of the Year Alma Pomponi flips the switch that turns Bedford Common into a winter wonderland at 7:00 p.m. Shortly after the lights come on, Santa will arrive via fire truck.

The celebration will begin with a  children’s performance in the sanctuary of First Parish on the Common at 6:15 pm. All children and their parents are cordially invited to attend.
