The Bedford Chamber of Commerce announced its selection of Suzanne Schmuhl Koller, broker/partner of Suzanne & Company Keller Williams as Bedford’s 2014 Business Person of the Year at its award ceremony Thursday, January 15, 2015.

The Business Person of the Year is chosen by a committee of chamber members to recognize a local business person who conducts his or her business and themselves in an ethical and exemplary manner. The award also recognizes someone who is a good citizen within the community, taking time and effort to serve the community in productive and volunteer efforts.

Maureen Sullivan, Executive Director of the Bedford Chamber of Commerce adds, ”It’s a real pleasure to recognize Suzanne for this award. Her dedication and contribution to Bedford is evident in her hard work and participation in town events, and support of local non-profits and the Chamber of Commerce.  She is one of those people that makes a difference in everything she undertakes and a true asset to the Bedford community.”

A life-long Bedford resident, Koller’s base of operations is in the historic Hartwell-Hamblen House at 90 Great Road, which she restored.
