First Parish in Bedford has arranged for a special showing of the powerful and acclaimed film “Selma” –  https://www.selmamovie.com – at the Lexington Venue Movie Theater in Lexington center on Saturday morning, March 21 at 10:00am.

Following the film, there will be a discussion in the theatre.  The cost is $5.00 per person, or pay what you can.  Fine to bring friends!  We will NOT be selling tickets but we’ll pass a hat to collect money at the theatre on Saturday morning.  Capacity is 175, so there should be plenty of seats but you may want to come early to get the seats you want. Doors open at 9:30am.

So that the organizers have an idea of how many are coming, please sign up on-line at https://uubedford.ivolunteer.com/selma_viewing. This does NOT reserve a seat but helps in planning.

The film will be in the downstairs theatre that IS wheelchair accessible.  The movie runs 2 hours 7 minutes and is PG-13.

This is such an important film for young, old, and in-between to see!

The Lexington Venue Movie Theatre is at 1794 Massachusetts Avenue in Lexington center.
