Proprietor Amarjit Singh expects that Holi’s ‘soft opening’ will take place before the end of March, once all of the final inspections are complete.

Singh and his partners also own the well-regarded Zaika Indian Bistro in Woburn. He  noted that his regular customers are eager to rent Holi’s function space for private parties, as well as coming to Bedford to for meals in the dining  room.
