A Pair of Affordable Housing Programs

A pair of affordable housing programs are currently available through the Town of Bedford.

Applications due on April 30 for up to $3,000 to use for home repairs, with no obligation to repay

The Bedford Municipal Affordable Housing Trust is accepting applications until April 30 for their Small Grants Program, designed to provide assistance to residents in need of home safety and health repairs and alterations to their homes.

If you meet the income guidelines and agree to other simple requirements, the options for possible repairs are extensive.
