Compiled by The Bedford Citizen
A brand-new community event kicks off at 4 pm on Saturday, December 5, with a laser light show in the Bedford High School Auditorium. As families stroll from the High School to Bedford Common, local businesses along the way will be open offering cookies, cider and – in one case – professional family photographs. The Great Room at Old Town Hall will showcase vendors whose businesses are not located in the Historic District.
There will be live music, hot chocolate on the steps of First Parish, and a special visitor from the North Pole is expected to make an appearance shortly after Citizen of the Year Peter Grey flips the switch for Bedford’s annual Tree Lighting.
