The cast and crew of this weekend’s Bedford High School Theater Department production of Peter and the Starcatcher posted their own Mannequin Challenge video earlier this week.
Posted individuals as diverse as Hillary Clinton and Paul McCartney along with rock groups and schools, the videos show characters standing stock still without blinking, breathing, or swallowing. The videos are just for fun and taking social media by storm: the Twitter account that claims to have originated the phenomenon, @MannequinClips, claims 123,000 followers.
The Citizen shares BHS’s Mannequin Challenge as a reminder that Peter and the Starcatcher opens on Friday night, with additional performances on Saturday night and a matinee on Sunday.
