I am writing to express my concern about dog walkers on and near the bike path on Sweetwater Ave.
There is a leash law in this town, however, there are many people who still walk their dogs without leashes. In addition, people walk with their dogs in the middle of the road, without regard for cars.
No one wants to go for a walk in this area and be jumped on by dogs. Twice, dogs without leashes have run right into my car.
People live in this area and need to use the road. Please remind readers that this area of town is not a dog park.
Keep dogs on their leashes and stay to the side of the road.
