Tree work is underway at the Coast Guard housing on Pine Hill Road now that the property has officially passed to the parcel’s developers, TR Advisors/AW Perry, selected by the Town in mid-January.

Several dumpsters have been delivered to the site, and early predictions indicate that a few buildings will be renovated immediately so that they can be rented, perhaps as early as this autumn.

The developers are expected to work with the Planning Board to create necessary zoning bylaw changes to come before the voters at Annual Town Meeting in 2018. The ‘working name’ for the new development is Pine Hill Crossing.
