St. Paul’s Tonight! opens its two-performance run with an evening performance at 7 pm on Saturday, and a 3 pm matinee on Sunday, April 30. Both performances will take place in the auditorium at the John Glenn Middle School, 99 McMahon Road. Available at the door, tickets are $10 each.
Begun a dozen years ago by then-Rector Frank Fornaro, St. Paul’s Tonight has delighted audiences every other year. The 2017 edition, produced and directed by Emily Mitchell, promises more of the same.
According to the St. Paul’s website, “This year’s theme is ABSOLUTELY NOT THE ’80s, in response to the pleas of many of our cast members over the years. We’ll have dancing girls, dancing guys, comic relief, and fun for the whole family.” St. Paul’s parishioners of all ages comprise the cast, and have rehearsed diligently to create the show.
