Town Government at Work in Bedford Board and Committee Meetings – Week of April 10, 2017

The Board of Health will meet Monday, April 10 to consider an animal permit amendment on the number of animals allowed at 155 Bagley Avenue. The nomination of animal inspectors and a review of proposed amendments to tobacco regulations will also be considered.

Several committees will meet on Tuesday, April 11.  The Council on Aging will meet in the Flint Room at 11:000 am to hear liaison reports and discuss their pool room policy. The Trails Committee will meet at the DPW building to review the Trails Guide and plan trail walks and public education.

Historic Preservation Commission will consider two demotion delays, one continues for 158 Concord Road and also a new hearing for 186 Concord Road.  The
Library Trustees typically meet the second Tuesday of the month.

On Wednesday, April 12 several committees will meet.  The Recreation Commission gathers in the Flint Room at Town Center to hear an update on Springs Brook Park and discuss the basketball program. The Conservation Commission will hold public hearing(s) on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. A meeting of the Housing Authority is listed though no agenda is posted at this time.
