While the auditorium wasn’t as full as it was for the first session of Special Town Meeting on Monday night, much important work was accomplished on Tuesday evening.
- Article 9 – Zoning Bylaw Amendment – Section 10 Nursing Care Facility – Passed by a 2/3 voice vote
- Article 10 – Zoning Bylaw Designation of Nursing Care Facility – Passed on a voice vote
- Article 11 – Davis School Design & Construction Document Bond Authorization – Approved unanimously on a voice vote
- Article 12 – Bedford Woods Conservation Restriction Acquisition – Approved unanimously on a voice vote
- Article 13 – Grant of Easement – 13 School Avenue – Passed on a 2/3 voice vote
- Article 14 – Infiltration/Inflow Work – Approved unanimously on a voice vote
- Article 15 – Community Preservation Surcharge Effective July 1, 2018 – Approved unanimously on a voice vote
- Article 16 – Amend FY 2018 Community Preservation Budget – Passed on a voice vote after significant discussion on three held items
- Article 17 – Rescind Remaining Unused Portion ($1,500,000) of 2018 Bond Authorization for Bedford Village Expiring Use Project – Passed on a voice vote
- Article 19 – Amend FY 2018 Operating Budgets – Passed on a voice vote
- Article 20 – Bills of Prior Year – Passed on a voice vote
- Article 21 – Revisions to Other Post-Employment Benefits Liability Trust Fund – Approved unanimously on a voice vote
Although it was past 11 pm, Selectman Chair Margot Fleischman moved that the remaining three articles be voted instead of adding a third session; the meeting adjourned ‘Sine Die’ at 11:19 pm.
