Town Government at Work for the Week of February 12, 2018

February 10, 2018

By Meredith McCulloch

Preparation for Town Meeting is central to this week’s work of Bedford’s boards and committees.

The Fiscal Planning & Coordinating Committee Agenda will meet Monday night at 6:30, to review the projected finances of the town expected by the Town Meeting action and the Davis School Project

The Selectmen will open their meeting with the annual tax classification hearing, the final step in setting Bedford’s tax rate.  The Selectmen’s agenda also includes several zoning changes that will appear on the warrant for March town meeting. Two are zoning changes for the Pine Hill Overlay District, previously known as Coast Guard Housing. Three other zoning changes come from the Great Road Rezoning study.
