By Meredith McCulloch

The Selectmen’s agenda on Monday is full to the brim of interesting business, as is the agenda for the ad hoc Dog Park Task Force.

The Selectmen will have a full meeting on Monday, May 14, starting with a 7 pm joint executive session with the Historic District Commission.  The topic will be a possible acquisition of a piece of real property.

In regular session beginning at 7:30 pm the Selectmen will hear a presentation by the Arbor Resources Committee of a draft tree policy.  The Public Works Department will make a presentation on changes in the trash/recycling markets which may impact the operation budget. Also from the Public Works Department, the Selectmen will act on contracts for the purchase of a total of six vehicles, plus a contract for cleaning and lining of water mains.
