  • Discussion of potential 40B development for 330 South Road
  • Plans for a public meeting on ADUs, and possible special permit requirements for detached units.

WEDNESDAY, December 11
Charter and Bylaw Review Committee
7 pm in the Lower Level Meeting Room at Town Hall

  • Continue to review by-laws

Community Preservation Committee
7 pm in the Second Floor Conference Room at Town Hall

  • Consider items on the capital budget list with potential CPC funding
  • Review Spring 2020 plan

Historic District Commission
7:30 pm in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room at Town Hall

THURSDAY, December 12
Zoning Board of Appeals
7:30 pm in the Lower Level Conference Room at Town Hall

  • Appeal the Building Inspector’s decision not to issue a wall sign or moveable freestanding sign for a commercial business in a residential district
  • Special permit request for a second floor over 600 square feet at 11 Brooksbie Road

Finance Committee
7:45 pm in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room at Town Hall

Citizen Caucus

7 pm in the Reed Room Town Hall

  • Interested candidates may earn a place on the Town Election Ballot that notes their status as a Caucus Nominee
