Register to Vote!

Citizens who have not yet registered to vote still have the opportunity. The voter registration deadline is August 17 for the primary election on September 6 and October 17 for the November 6 state election.

There are several options for voter registration:

  • Residents may go to the Town Clerk’s office at Bedford Town Hall, 10 Mudge Way, during normal business hours from 8am-4pm.
  • The Registry of Motor Vehicles will register voters at any of their offices.
  • Finally citizen’s can register by mail using a voter card which is available at the Town Clerk’s office, the Public Library or at the Police station. Mail-in registrations must be postmarked no later than the closing date for registration.

Voting for all Bedford elections takes place at the John Glenn Middle School at 99 McMahon Road from 7am to 8pm EDT.

To register residents must present a photo ID or mail such as a utility bill that identifies the resident and the current address.
