It’s High School Musical Week: Footloose! Opens on Wednesday

Compiled by Julie McCay Turner

If you got a taste of this year’s Bedford High School musical on February’s Bedford Common, you already know what’s in store when Footloose! opens on Wednesday. If you missed the cablecast, Bedford TV has kindly created a clip so that you can meet director Evan Grunwald and the show’s lead actors, Natalie Vatcher as Ariel Moore and Jack Linnehan as Ren McCormick.

Footloose! tickets are $12, and $10 for seniors. Performances take place in the BHS auditorium at 7:30 pm Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, March 6, 8 , and  9, with a matinee at 4:30 pm on Thursday, March 7.

Tickets are available at Fetch it! 48 Great Road (781 275-0584 ); Great Road Gallery & Framing, 363 Great Road (781-275-8886); the Council on Aging at Town Center (781-275-6825),  and through the school offices at Davis, Lane and the middle school. High school students may purchase tickets in the cafeteria during lunch.

For more information about the BHS production of Footloose!, contact Evan Grunwald at evan_grunwald@bedford.k12.ma.us, or call 781-275-1700, ext 4200.
