Bedford Garden Club at the Job Lane Farm Museum
Sunday, July 28, 2 -to 4 p.m.

Kathryn Rifkin, a member of the Garden Club’s team that maintains the historic Lillian Dutton Memorial Herb Garden at the Job Lane Farm Museum will offer visitors who come for a Job Lane House tour some interesting facts about the herb garden. She will be displaying a colonial-style cough syrup made by putting a sprig of sage into vinegar, and offering small tastes of “sun tea” made with lemon balm and lavender — all herbs are from the garden.   Also you will see the newly built raised garden beds built by the Bedford Rotary Club in May.  Check the website for more information at:  www.joblanehouse.org
