Temple Shalom Emeth, a warm and welcoming Reform congregation serving more than 10 towns including Bedford, is holding an Open House and a Pasta Party for Jewish and partly-Jewish or interfaith families from 6 until 8:30 pm on Friday, August 23 and Tuesday, August 27.

You are invited to participate in a joyous music Shabbat service at 6 pm on Friday, August 23, followed by supper (pizza, salad, fruit and dessert bar) at 6:45pm and games for the kids, with a special Noah’s ark art project. Please RSVP by Thursday, Aug. 22 [email protected].

On Tuesday, August 27 there will be a fun-filled evening featuring an all-you-can-eat pasta bar, ice cream sundae bar, games and book swap beginning at 6 pm.

Both events are excellent opportunities to get to know members of our temple community and learn about the many activities we offer for kids and adults.  Representatives from all major committees, religious school, Pre-Hebrew,  Youth Groups, Shalom Baby!, Adult Education, FAAB (Free As A Bird Adult Social Group), Sisterhood, Brotherhood, will be on hand to fill you in on what they are up to and to answer questions. Meet Rabbi Abramson, president, board members and religious school director, many of our teachers and learn about our extensive educational offerings for preschool, elementary, teens and adults.
