Lady Bucs co-captain Samantha Cowan reached a milestone of 1,000 points, becoming just the 12th player in Bedford High School history to reach this pinnacle. Cowan’s 1,000th point was one of the 27 she scored during Friday night’s varsity basketball contest when the Lady Bucs beat Wayland, 68 to 18.
