Chronicle Reporter Ted Reinstein to Speak in Bedford on February 12

Ted Reinstein will read from his new book New England Notebook: One Reporter, Six States, Uncommon Stories in the meeting room of the Bedford Free Public Library on Wednesday, February 12, at 7 pm.

Best known as a popular correspondent for of WCVB TV-5’s popular program Chronicle, Reinstein details interesting stories from across the region. A New England Notebook is his first book, and features colorful stories of local people and places.

National Geographic Traveler selected A New England Notebook as one of “The Best Travel Books of Spring.” Part travelogue/part short stories, it takes readers “off the path” to hidden treasures and recounts stories of the sometimes quirky personalities Reinstein has profiled as a reporter and producer for Chronicle for 18 years.

The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library; it is free and open to the public.
