The East Coast Wizards U14 Indoor Field Hockey Team competed at the 2014 National Indoor Tournament in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the training site for the US Women’s National Team.
More than 1,600 field hockey players on 160 club teams competed in the hope of earning their stripes and going home with gold. It was a thrilling weekend of competition, and Bedford’s Wizards U14 team went 6-0-1 to win the National Indoor Championship.
Team members include Kerri Bolivar, Rosie Braceras, Ruth Covo, Rose Couzzo, Courtney Cutone, Angelina DeVellis, Lillith Langrind, Siobhan Morrissey, Tori Palumbo and Lily Watson. Sue Caples and Donna Chung coach the team.
