A Nice Win for the Middle School Parents’ Association

April 14, 2014

BoxtopsEarlier this year Ruth Ann Valentine entered Market Basket’s Box Top Sweepstakes and won 5,000 box tops for JGMS — or $500 for the Middle School Parents’ Association, just for mailing in her entry form.

April will be the last Box Tops for Education collection at JGMS; many expire over the summer, so send in whatever you have. JGMS parents should also send in their e box tops activity. Go to your account at btfe.com, click “school earnings” and then “your activity” and print out the page to send in to your child’s advisory collection container.

Bedford High School students contributed more than 800 box tops for the winter contest. Elliana Boebel came in 1st place with 250 box tops, followed by Jared Olmeda with 136, and Victoria Casey with 121. Each student won a gift card for their efforts.  The BHS Summer contest starts now so keep clipping and supporting Bedford schools by shopping online at www.btfe.com/marketplace!

Many e box tops go unclaimed and they do count in the advisory contest!  The top 3 advisories in each grade will win prizes and the top advisory in each grade will also win a party.
