Bedford TV is highlighting diversity in Bedford with an hour of programming at 9pm every Friday evening on Comcast Ch8/Verizon Ch 38. The hour long block will showcase the variety of different cultures, beliefs and customs that can be found among Bedford residents.

The first month will focus on Leslie Wittman’s food and culture video project called What’s Cooking Bedford?  Throughout 2012 she interviewed ten Bedford residents from various and diverse backgrounds for the video and also videotaped them cooking some of their favorite recipes.
