Fifers, pianists, violinists, guitarists, gymnasts, singers, actors, comedians, magicians, harmonica players and dancers– supported by chaperones, announcers, and an extensive backstage crew– entertained more dozens of grandparents and Bedford seniors during Lane School’s annual fifth grade Talent Show and Luncheon on April 10.

A student-created logo “Lane Lifts You UP!” was used on the show’s programs and on the t-shirts worn during the finale.

Each guest was treated to a special lunch prepared by the Lane School kitchen staff and served by student chaperones before the performance began. A host of parent volunteers provided the desert buffet.

In their program students thanked Mr. Rob Ackerman, Mr. Keith Kinney, Mrs. Karen Lua, Mrs. Martha Lang, Mrs. Noelle Elien, Ms. Gloria DeRocco, Mrs. Gretchen Dick, Mrs. Caroline Fedele, all the parent volunteers, all the 5th grade teachers, Mr. Matt Hall, Ms. Colleen Murray, Mrs. Holly Wilkins, and all the custodians.
