Blood Drives Next Week at Three Bedford Churches Partnering with American Red Cross and Dunkin Donuts

dddonorsThe American Red Cross and Dunkin’ Donuts are partnering to hold “Dunkin’ Donors Make a Difference” blood banks at 3 Bedford churches on February 2, 3 and 6. Every presenting donor will get a $5 Dunkin Donuts gift card.

Monday, February 2, from 8:30 am until 1:30 pm

  • First Church of Christ at 25 The Great Road

Tuesday, February 3, 8:30 am until 1:30 pm

  • St. Michael’s Parish Center at 90 Concord Rd

Friday, February 6, from 2 until 7 pm

  • Lutheran Church of the Savior, 426 Davis Road

Between the flu and winter storms, the American Red Cross is behind in blood bank collections. Because of this week’s blizzard, 30 drives were cancelled, and approximately 900 units of blood were not collected. Each unit of blood can save up to 3 lives, and the need is constant!!
