In a Facebook post on July 21, Ken’s NY Deli & Pizzeria announced a new addition to the Blake Block: Bella Maria’s Cucina restaurant, located adjacent to Ken’s in the space previously occupied by Wicked Good Frozen Yogurt at 80 The Great Road.
Although it shares a wine/beer license with Ken’s, Bella Maria’s kitchen offers a different dining experience with traditional fresh pasta dishes, top-of-the-line steaks, chicken, veal and seafood. With mostly small tables, comfortable seats and table service, Bella Maria’s is a welcome option for Bedford diners. On Friday night, June 24 every table was taken by 7 pm, and a steady stream of customers stopped in to pick up take-out orders.
Hours are 4 to 9 pm, Monday through Thursday; 4 to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday; and it is closed on Sunday. The phone is 781-276-4491.

Meal was quite good served in a timely manner. There is space between tables which I enjoy having. Waitress by the name of Gina knew the menu and did not push to get me out the door when my meal was finished. I will certainly return.
