The Bedford Department of Public Works has scheduled reconstruction on Carlisle Road, Ashby Road and Walsh Road during the week beginning Monday, August 24, with changes to the traffic patterns on Walsh and Ashby during the paving project.

Carlisle Road

Milling of Carlisle Road between Winterberry Way and the Carlisle town line will begin on August 24and 25,  with paving scheduled the following week.

Ashby and Walsh Roads
Work on Ashby Road and Walsh Road will begin on August 26.  The existing pavement will be pulverized, regraded and paved in two courses. Caution during the paving operation: Traffic will revert to two-way on Ashby Road in the mornings and on Walsh Road in the afternoons.  A sidewalk for these streets will be constructed next month.

Please use caution when traveling through the work sites.  Work hours will be Monday thru Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, weather dependent. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact the Department of Public Works at (781) 275-7605.  Thank you for your patience during this upcoming project.

John,
There’s a key just above ‘Shift’ on the left hand side of the keyboard marked ‘Caps Lock’. Yours has the light on. Press the key and the light will go off.
You’re welcome.
