All three of the stores are open all winter, and offer a wide range of home-made style gourmet ice cream, in more than 60 flavors  – including many that are created and churned in their production facility behind the Bedford shop. The Concord and Burlington shops offer subsets of the main flavor list, along with specialty flavors unique to each store.

Bedford Farms has been destination for great ice cream since the 1950’s. Founded as the J.B. Prescott Dairy in 1880, Bedford Farms is the town’s longest continuously running business. Joe Venuti purchased the company in 1984, and focused the company exclusively on ice cream. In 2008, a second shop was added on Thoreau Street in Concord, and now the third venue is open on Third Avenue in Burlington.

Bedford Farms is open 7 days a week in Bedford at 18 North Road; in Concord at 68 Thoreau Street, adjacent to the Concord Depot; and in Burlington at 19 Third Avenue, near Wegman’s.
