The much-anticipated debut of Red Heat Tavern will take place at 4 pm on Tuesday, November 10.

The restaurant, occasionally referred to as a “comfort food grill” is located in the Bedford Marketplace, in the same building as Marshalls and Whole Foods. The restaurant features a full bar with screens showing multiple sporting events.

Much of Red Heat Tavern’s menu features food prepared in their special Josper charcoal broiler oven. One of only three such ovens in New England, the Josper offers outdoor grilling flavor no matter the weather according to the restaurant’s website.
