The Bedford Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 7:30 pm in the Flint Room in the Town Center Building at 12 Mudge Way (the yellow wooden building behind Town Hall) in Bedford.
This hearing involves a special permit regarding the application of Yakov Kogan for his property at 30 Chelmsford Road in Bedford, under the provisions of Section 8 of the Bedford Zoning Bylaw, Cluster Development, as well as a definitive subdivision under the subdivision regulations of the Planning Board. The project involves the construction of four houses, and related common open space, a new way and utilities and services.
