Fifteen members of the 4H Farmers Club of Bedford participated in Middlesex County’s annual Visual Presentation competition on Saturday, March 19. Of those who presented, 11 of our members are moving on to the 4H State Competition which will take place in Bedford on April 2.
Moving along to participate in the state-wide event are Emmet Daley, Shannon Driscoll, Dante Giusti, Audrey Mendenhall, Megan Mendenhall, Ben Couvee, Adam Colburn, Sovanna Colburn, Eva Scollo, Kathryn Scollo and Skye Korroch.

The 4H Farmers Club of Bedford’s primary focus is on learning about agriculture and livestock. The Club currently has 32 members aged 5 – 13 in the local Bedford area and members are extremely involved with caring for animals at Chip-in Farm, Bedford. The Club is facilitated by adult leaders Sandy Couvee (Chip-in Farm), Kelly Giusti, Julie Godon and Jan Mendenhall. 4-H enables youth to reach their fullest potential through developing life skills and experiential education.
