Bedford TV is proud to award Steve McMahon volunteer of the month for March 2016.  In the last month Steve has volunteered many hours both in the studio and out in field to help provide Bedford TV with new, original programming.

Steve initially became a member of Bedford TV after attending an open house held at the studio.  If you are interested in following in Steve’s footsteps and learning more about Bedford TV, then come by the studio for an open house on Thursday April 14th from 5:30-7:30 PM.  For more information on the open house, visit this link https://cdn.thebedfordcitizen.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/BTV-2016-SpringOpenHouse.pdf

In the studio Steve has served just about every role there is.  He has run camera, audio, and operated the switcher on a number of different shows.  He also helped out in the field covering the popular lectures with Professor Dan Breen at the Bedford Library, the Annual Peeps Diorama contest, and the MIAA tournament basketball game at the TD Garden.

Steve’s technical know-how, willingness to take on new challenges, and positive attitude have made him a pleasure to work with and an invaluable member of the Bedford TV community.  It is with great pleasure that we presented him with a gift card from Bedford TV Community Partner Red Heat Tavern to recognize his exceptional service to the station.
