Wedgewood Update: League Dive Meet and Chelmsford Visits Wedgewood

The Wedgewood Swim & Tennis Club continues the summer season and The Wedgewood Dive team hosted the league dive meet on Monday July 11 with first place finishes for Isabella Seldon (girls 12 and under) and Maya Driscoll (girls 14 and under) Other Wedgewood team mates who placed include Caitlin Pequeno (3^rd, girls 14 and under) and Sebby Woolnough (4^th, boys 10 and under)

The next dive meet is the All Stars meet on July 18^th and the All Star Dive team line up is for Wedgewood includes 10 and under: Sophia Demeo, Delaney Bertos and Sebby Woolnough; 12 and under: Isabella Seldon, Audrey Leida, Isabelle Wilson and Maxwell Weisz; 14 and under: Maya Driscoll, Bella Stuzynski and Jeffrey Dillon 17 and Under: Caitlin Pequeno and Megan Demeo

The Wedgewood Swim and Dive team squared off against Chelmsford on Sat. July 16^th and while Chelmsford won the Wedgewood divers and swimmers put in a great effort.

Divers took the board first before the swimmers and Wedgewood divers had a great performance. Sophia Demeo placed first for 10 and under, Delaney Bertos placed second  and Sebby Woolnough 3^rd.  For 12 and under Maxwell Weisz placed 4^th, Audrey Leida 5^th and Isabelle Wilson 6^th.  For the 14 and under boys and girls Isabella Seldon placed 2^nd, Bella Stuzynski 3^rd and Jeffrey Dillon 5^th; Caitlin Pequeno placed second for 17 and under.

The following swimmers earned first place finishes for Wedgewood: Julia Dearing (individual medley, butterfly), Lily Nemirovsky (individual medley, freestyle) Julia Doucet (backstroke), McKenna Wilson, Katie Dillion, Julia Dearing and Katherine Vaughn and Madelyn Dearing made up the girls 200 yard freestyle graduated relay that took first place.
