Danny Oates Race LogoBedford Day on September 17 seems a long time off while your family is busy with vacation and summer fun, but the Danny Oates 5K Road Race has a great offer early registrants.

For everyone who enters the Danny Oates 5K run or 2.5k walk between July 1st and July 31, 2016 we will enter your name in a drawing for an iRobot® Roomba® 980 with a value of $899.99 (Special thanks to Lisa Freed @ iRobot for the donation).

The new Roomba® connects with an app so you can start vacuuming from wherever you are, simply using your smartphone. Yup, while you are out training for the 5k, your new Roomba will be vacuuming your house.

Already entered? No problem, we’ll enter your name in the drawing.

So, lace up those shoes, go out on the bike path for a jog, and go online at www.dannyoates5k.com to enter now! Our robots will do the work for you and enter you in the drawing. We’ll see you Bedford Day, Saturday, Sept 17th.*

About the Danny Oates 5K

The Danny Oates Memorial 5K road race has raised more than $100,000 for scholarships awarded in Danny’s name. The first year, a single $500 scholarship was awarded, and recently more than $15,000 has been given each year.

It’s a family-friendly event, and runners and walkers are invited to register before July 31 and take advantage of a special
