Town Clerk Doreen Tremblay has announced Bedford’s 2016 election calendar.
This autumn there are two unusual dates to note.
The upcoming state primary will take place on Thursday, September 8, and Special Town Meeting will begin at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, November 9.

Last day to register to vote in the State Primary
- Friday, August 19 – 8 am to 4 pm in the Town Clerk’s Office and 4 to 5 pm at the Police Station
State Primary
- Thursday, September 8 – 7 am to 8 pm, at the John Glenn Middle School
Last day to register to vote in the Presidential Election
- Wednesday, October 19 – 8 am to 4 pm in the Town Clerk’s Office and 4 to 5 pm at the Police Station
Presidential Election
- Tuesday, November 8 – 6 am to 8 pm, at the John Glenn Middle School .
Special Town Meeting
- Wednesday, November 9 at 7:30pm in the High School Auditorium
