MAHT will review the proposals on Wednesday January 4 and Thursday, January 5, then interview the developers on Wednesday, January 11 and Thursday, January 12 before awarding the final contract.

A Short Project History

The Town convened two Charrettes, one on April 14, 0214 and another on May 22, 2014  to surface options for developing the parcel that was then owned by the US Coast Guard. In late October of 2017, a purchase and sale agreement for the land was completed and a request for proposals went out to developers.
