Weston High gymnasium is no bigger than the Bedford High gym so Bedford fans showed up an hour early to make sure they got seats. The capacity crowd was rewarded with a very competitive and close-scoring game.

The game was dominated by an aggressive defense by both teams. In the second quarter Jack Cowan, Cam Shelmire, and Malachi Hazelton shot 9 for 11 free throws.
The score seesawed back and forth during the third quarter as six Bucs figured into the scoring.
The fourth quarter was reduced to a free throw fest as Bedford put up 16 shots, knocking down 10 of them.
On Tuesday, March 7th, the Bedford Buccaneers travel to Tewksbury High School to take on the Newburyport Clippers in the MIAA Boys Basketball Division 3 North Semi-Finals.
