BHS Softball returns to shutout form with 7-0 win over Weston

After a tough lost to CCHS, Bedford Varsity Softball returned to shutout form with a 7-0 victory over Weston.  Captain Nicole Kennedy pitched another gem, with solid field play from the infield. The team is now 3-1 on the season.

Bedford pounded out 8 hits, including two each from Grace Wilson and Nicole Kennedy.  Martha Haviland had the power hit of the day with a double.

Senior Liz Carter kept up the torrid RBI pace with two more.

Bedford took advantage of 7 Weston walks, including two each from Megan Beecy and Sydney Hoiseth

BHS’s next game is Wednesday, April 26th at home against Wayland.
