Senior Liz Carter went 3 for 4 and scored the first of her three runs in the first inning. Grace Wilson and Meg Beecy contributed two RBIs each.

Senior Nicole Kennedy dominated pitching 7 shutout inning including 12 strikeouts.  The only thing that rivaled the action on the field, was the enthusiastic sheers from the Bedford bench.

The team’s next game is on Monday at home, and the weather should be much better – a sunny 70 degrees
