Town Government at Work: Bedford Board & Committee Meetings for the Week of June 19, 2017

Several interesting meetings are coming up during the week of June 19:

On Tuesday June 20 the Volunteer Coordinating Committee will meet in Town Hall to review vacancies, openings on Capital Expenditures committee, and future vacancies on town committees/boards.

That evening the Dog Park Taskforce will meet in the Second Floor Meeting Room at Town Hall.  The meeting will include a slide show and presentation of possible dog park sites.

On Thursday June 22 the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at Town Hall to continue consideration of both a Special Permit request for 20 Alaska Avenue and a variance request for 3 Franklin Road.

The Recreation Commission will meet June 22 in the Flint Room at Town Center. They will interview a soccer committee interview, discuss the Kids’ Club waiting list, basketball program and Springs Brook Park. They will also review updates on a variety of programs.

The Energy Task Force will also meet on June 22 in the first floor conference room at Town Hall.
