There will be interesting and important board and committee meetings almost every evening in the coming week.
On Monday, September 18 the Selectmen will review a draft warrant for the Special Town Meeting that will be held on November 6; hold a Public Hearing on General Bylaw Amendments; and hear an update on the Hanscom Airfield Runway Rehabilitation Project. The Arbor Resources Committee will continue several items of old business including a review of their charter and the status of trees at Lane School.
The Community PreservationCommittee will meet on Tuesday, September 19 in the second-floor conference room at Town Hall. First on their agenda is a public hearing on their Fall 2017 program and plan. They will also review a specific request for funding of a Housing Strategic Study and another for a Bedford Dog Park
On Wednesday, September 20 the Capital Expenditures Committee will hear staff recommendations for the next six years’ capital projects. They will review the funding plan for the same period.
On Thursday, September 21 the Finance Committee will review the proposed Special Town Meeting warrant. The Transportation Advisory Committee will also meet that evening.
[Please note: Although we make every effort to keep The Bedford Citizen calendar current, the Town of Bedford website at www.bedfordma.gov is the official record for all town meetings and agendas.]
