The First Parish Music Committee is pleased to again host the Back Bay Ringers at First Parish on Sunday, December 3 at 2:00 PM. “Ring in” the holidays with us as this auditioned hand bell choir cheers with distinctive and enchanting music drawn from holiday favorites of Ringer members and supporters.
The Back Bay Ringers perform at Boston-area landmarks such as Faneuil Hall, Symphony Hall, the Boston Children’s Museum, and the Prudential Center. They made their debut with the Boston Pops in 2016 and have also performed in festivities associated with the Democratic National Convention, the Boston Marathon and the national conference of the Handbell Musicians of America. BBR was founded in 2004 as the nation’s first handbell ensemble dedicated to members and friends of the LGBT community, and it remains open and affirming for membership, board and community.
Suggested donation at the door: $20, $15 for seniors/students. Proceeds to benefit the church.
