36 North Road: The scheduled public hearing on February 27, 2018, to review a Special Permit application to redevelop property for a bakery and café with a residential apartment, and associated parking and landscaping, under the North Road Mixed Use Overlay District provision, Section 17 of the Zoning Bylaws will be continued on March 13, 2018 without testimony.

Has there been any update on this property? It has been surrounded by a temporary chain-link fence for sometime now. I’m excited to see this property be developed or simply grazed down. Currently it is a congested area and the current state of the building at 36 North Rd. makes for quite an eyesore.
Maybe the town should purchase the small parcel. It would make a nice little park.
