At 4 pm on Sunday, March 11, the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency and the National Weather Service in Boston showed the area under another Winter Storm Watch, the third in as many weeks to affect Bedford.

Snow is expected to fall, beginning around 11 pm on Monday, and continue through dusk on Tuesday with potential accumulation in Bedford as much as 12 to 18 inches.

Precipitation in Bedford appears to be mainly snow, with 1 to 3 inch per hour snowfall rates possible on Tuesday in near blizzard conditions with strong winds creating blowing/drifting snow.

Snow is expected to be drier than in the most recent storm.
