On Monday afternoon the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency sent news of another coastal storm,  expected to arrive in Bedford around noon on Wednesday and to continue through Thursday. While the storm is still two days out, the actual rain/snow line and snow totals are not easy to predict. As of Monday afternoon, the storm is expected to deliver rain, snow, and gusty winds.

Bedford will get mostly snow, but the precipitation may change over to rain sometime Wednesday afternoon or evening, then possibly back to snow for a time Thursday morning. The snow is expected to be wet and heavy and could fall at a rate of as much as 2-3 inches per hour at the peak of the storm late Wednesday into Wednesday night.

Depending on the rain/snow line Bedford could see as few as 6 to 8 inches of accumulation, with a 10% chance of 14 inches.

Sustained winds around 20 MPH, with gusts of 30-40 MPH will occur from Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
