It was worth the wait: the Bedford Boys Tennis team opened their 2018 season at home with a 3-2 victory over Concord-Carlisle.
Bedford winners:
- 2nd Singles, Chris Cowles over Steve Li – 7-6 6-3
- 3rd Singles, Malcolm Mayanja over Nick Ware – 7-5 6-1
- 1st Doubles, Casey Millar / Alex Oleksinski over Toby Kleyn / Mark Driscoll – 7-5 7-6
Bedford Second Doubles almost made it a 4-1 win, Chris Wirth / Spencer Stevens over Nate Bartlett / Aaron Wang – 4-6 7-6 11-9
