A pair of important meetings concerning Hanscom Field are scheduled for Tuesday, April 24 and Thursday, April 26:
Hanscom Field Advisory Committee – HFAC
The Hanscom Field Advisory Committee will meet at 7 pm on Tuesday, April 24 in the Civil Air Terminal – Room 308 – at 200 Hanscom Drive with several important items on the agenda: An environmental assessment report for the North Airfield area by Michael Gove, Massport Program Manager Environmental Programming, and Stewart Dalzell, Massport Deputy Director, Environmental Planning and Permitting. The North Airfield area is located at the curve in Hartwell Road just past the Edge Sports Center and is the site of a projected hangar development. Hanscom Airport Manager Sharon Williams will present her “State of Hanscom,” report, and there will also be a report on capital programs and third-party development. Hanscom Area Towns Committee – HATS
The Hanscom Area Towns Committee – will meet at 7:30 pm on Thursday, April 26 in the Lincoln Town Offices, 16 Lincoln Road, Lincoln, MA 01773. The highlight of their agenda will be a presentation by Massachusetts Port Authority CEO Dr. Thomas Glynn. There will also be updates on local and regional transportation projects and plans.
