District Attorney Marian T. Ryan, the Hon. John C. Cratsley (Ret.), State Senator James Eldridge, State Rep Sean Garbally, and Frederick Ryan, Chief of Police for Arlington, Massachusetts spoke to a gathering of Chiefs of Police and Community For Restorative Justice board members in a courtroom at Concord District Court on Friday afternoon, June 22.

Chief Robert Bongiorno and Detective Scott Jones represented the Bedford Police, and Bedford resident Margot Fleischman is the president of the Communities for Restorative Justice (C4RJ) board.
